When you submit a quote request, we collect:

Your name
Your address or postcode
Your phone number
Your email address
A description of the work you require

When tradespeople subscribe to our lead service via Stripe, payment data is processed directly by Stripe and we do not store card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

Customer enquiry data is used solely to:

Forward your enquiry to a relevant local tradesperson
Follow up on your enquiry if you have not been contacted

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

Your enquiry details (name, address, phone, email, job description) will be shared with one or more local tradespeople in your area who are relevant to your job. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to this sharing.

We use Formspree to process form submissions (formspree.io). Please see their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Please see their privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

5. Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted. Subscription billing records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK accounting obligations.

6. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
Object to processing of your data

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics scripts.
